DRZ400s FCR39 swap issues. Not running unless full choke

Installed Pilot Air Jet 100.

Installed new float needle and seat.

Adjusted float level.

 

Same behavior. F... I hate this bike/carb.

1. Only runs on full choke. Dies immediately if you push in. If I give it a ton of throttle and push in choke it will run but not well at all.
2. Only runs on Pri at petcock. Petcock has been rebuilt, 10psi vacuum on port

Seriously I give up on this thing. I'll put back in the POS Mikuni and pray that it functions. Or light on fire in driveway to kill demons in it.

That's a bummer, I was hoping to hear that you had it all figured out. Well, send that carb my way if you ditch it.
