XR200 fork conversion upgrade with WP

I was wondering if a KTM front end could be made fit to my holiday bike XR200 (late model) which is in The Philippines. I ran into a nice deal last monday where I could buy a KTM WP 2007 - 2011 model fork with triple trees for little money, so I bought them. For the rear I have already a XR250 shock that I want to overhaul with maybe a gold valve.  Anyone?

The full size bike WP forks will be WAY too long for the xr200 chassis.  Also the steering stem is a larger diameter than the xr200, so fitting bearings will be tough.

A couple of us have used the mini forks 85/105 with good success.  Their length is a much better fit to the xr200.
