TM 4 stroke exhausts

Hi just bought an 07 mx 250f just wondering do silencers from some other bikes fit these? Like Ktm, Honda etc as the silencer could do with replacing but exhausts for these bikes are hard to come by and very expensive. Greatful for any ideas.
