2007 cr125r ceeps going through plugs

i have rebuild the top end and did the oil seals

is this a test? ;-)

I'm assuming he means "keeps" going through plugs. 

What's it doing to the plugs?

it oils up the plugs

Leak down test the crankcase,

despite a new right hand oil seal, it could have been installed improperly or damaged.

If your crank bearings are worn, even a new seal can't cope with the extra radial play.

 

If you are trail riding / off-roading, use a low flash point premix, 

a 'racing' or high temp premix oil will be more prone to spooge or foul up the plug at lower

combustion temps (trail riding), especially if your jetting isn't optimal.

 

Check and adjust the float's height before any attempts in fine tuning the jetting,

higher than normal fuel level in the bowl makes the engine run richer.

I have been running an '05 YZ125 needle with a 30 pilot and stock main/slide with good results. Pretty cheap and would be worth a try, cleaned my jetting up to a respectable level anyways
