2008 KX 250F

2008 kx250f. Put a new piston and rings in. did everything how the manual says to. Valves are in spec. timing is correct. it bump starts easily and will run good except when i give it full throttle it will bog down/ die if i try to stay on it. But can not kick start it to save my life no matter what it is. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks all!

The potential causes of full throttle bog and the kick starting difficulty are two complete separate issues - except one. .... Step one, completely clean the fuel system top to bottom, Rinse out the tank, take apart and clean the tank valve, replace the fuel hose, disassemble and clean the carburetor.
