Broken clutch perch. Replacement options?

I broke my clutch perch and mirror in an accident.  My zeta lever is good but been looking at clutch perch replacement and most seem to come with the levers. Any info on clutch perch without mirror mount that accepts the zeta levers?

I know Zeta has a universal pivot perch, but it comes with a lever... I couldn't find it by itself anywhere, but maybe it's out there. Worst case scenario buy the perch/new lever and have a backup?
