i have the Fox podium Rc2 on my 2017 beta xtrainer

i need of a different spring for my shock size 5.5

 were can i find one?

Eibach springs work great.  Just look for the 1000.188.<rate> series and find the rate you're looking for.  Look through the catalog here, find the appropriate rate and buy on Ebay or Amazon.  Looks like you want either the 0300 or 0325.

As stated, Eibach. While your at it, get the 10" version of your rate. It gives an additional inch of adjustment.

i cant understand how do i now which eibach spring i need for my wight.

i am about 200 lb with gear on.

i think it is the 1000.188.0300 but i cant be positive.

It is confusing, I ordered the wrong one to start. If you know you need a 5.8kg spring, just look for that #, don't go by weight.
