2014 yz 144 cylinder on a 99???

Recommended Posts

Yep the YZ125 engine got a major re-design in '05  (2005-2019 is the latest design)

very few parts interchange with previous model years, maybe the clutch.

Thomas, post a few pics of your damaged cylinder,

a replate might be a better option than buying a used cylinder of unknown condition.

How much does it cost to re sleeve

You don’t re-sleeve. You re-plate.

180 re-plate, but it looks like it needs to be welded also, add 80. Look for a complete Athena top end, probably save a little money when the dust settles.

OP doesn't mention his location,

if in Canada, figure about 300$ for a replate, more if repairs are required.

Anything you see on E-Bay shipped from the USA, add 33% + shipping + border/brokerage fees.
