Excel supermoto wheel

So are the hubs brand specific, or can the bearings and spacers be exchanged to make a 17" sumo wheel fit any bike? I have a 2005 Honda CRF450X that im looking to transform from full trail bike to supermoto, found some Excel rims locally but seller doesnt know if theyll fit my bike, said cr125 specs were in the description can i use these on my bike? Wheels are 3.50 and 4.25. Thanks in advance for any help.
