DR350 question, newbie

Just bought a 1999 dr350es for my son(17).  Cleaned the carb, changed oil and went to change the plug, but it has a cr9ek plug in it. The book calls for a dpr9ea-9.  It won’t even fit in the head. Any info would be appreiated.  I am guessing it has a big bore kit of some sort on it?  It doesn’t appear to have been worked on recently.  Thanks in advance

cr9ek is correct i use an equivalent, autolite 4302
