XR650L Choke plunger XR650L

Recommended Posts

I've just recieved a brand new stock CV carb, and i was wondering how to get the plunger out of the housing when the cable isn't attached?

Edit:

Haha...was just a little stuck and when using a flathead screwdriver to turn it a bit, it dropped out.

Btw.is it any use to put a thin oil layer on the plunger surface before installing?

No do not put anything in the port.

The cleaner it is the cleaner it stays...………….. working it is the best way to keep it working.
