Ricky stator has a pretty good diagram on the website.

The diagram dosent show how the 2 wires go in to the 5 wired plug or what happens with the other 3 wires on the standard bike loom

We need to know what year and make / model is your motorcycle..........and what version EU, US CA AUS ect as they are all wired different...........................

that's important stuff in wiring....

also what is the stator model...........

Honda XR650R 200 watt Stator assembly Part #RSXR650 ....... I am guessing???

Yes on calling them up. I have called and spoke with Mike before and he is quick to help. He schooled me on how to properly test a stator. It was even on a bike that I was modding to float the ground, add a battery and it was with none of their products! I also put the same stator as you in my 2004 Xr650r but it plugged right in, mine is a US model though.

If I were home I would look at the wiring and try to help you out but I’m 5 hours away for 5 more days.
