XR600R Frame Blasted.

Recommended Posts

Engine, frame, exhaust blasted.

Bottom suspension knuckle & swing arm vapour blasted, brilliant finish.

Frame dropped off on way home to get etch primed straight away. Did a good job of covering VIN ident label on headstock. No damage only what has been done to it over the years...

Label ordered with Honda colour code. Cheers David

Thought I,d show the swing arm & lower suspension knuckle vapour blasted (great finish) & caliper blasted & acid 8 etch primed. New seals, drawn cup needle bearings with titanium flanged nuts & bolts. Engine will also have titanium bolts holding it in. Can't wait to get frame back.

I've found that titanium bolts have a tendency to gall during assembly. In my opinion, they're not worth the money or effort.
