Was wondering if the scrapes are an issue if so how to correct this. I am buying a skid plate in the near future.

A bash plate will help but it is a dirt bike. It will get beat up over time. If you want to prevent corrosion then get some touch up paint to touch up the scrapes.

Unless I'm mistaken there is a skid plate on the bike but not a full one (frame/engine protection)

Out of interest what is the year make/model of the bike?

And is this a hole in the frame?

Don’t worry about it. I’ve seen tubes crushed flat like a soda can before (I’d be worried about that). Just get a full coverage plate and bash away

Most have holes in the frame to let water out.  KTM has them too.

And also a vent hole during the welding process .
