Yes and No. That looks like a combination HOTSTART/ clutch perch. I am looking for a standalone CHOKE perch.

OOPS! My mistake, I just read the explanation that it is a hotstart perch only, but does it have enough throw for the choke (XR650L)?

That I am not 100% sure about. I would think so but I’ve never used a hot start before. Maybe someone else will chime in and let us know for sure.

ASV has those in any color for 25$

It pulls a cable. It'll work for whatever is operated by a cable. Because it pulls a cable. No matter what the cable pulls. Whether that cable is long enough. And whether or not it has adjustable stops.

But I've used them on hotstarts. Chokes. And decompression levers. If the bike had a hood to pop. This would do it.
