RM250 AF's ??

Recommended Posts

Is anyone still doing the frame conversions?  I recently picked up a '14 RMZ250 and was thinking about a RM250 AF project over the winter but Service Honda states on their web site that that are no longer doing them and I tried contacting MPS but never got a response (out of business now??).

There are still a lot of conversions being done...find a competent welder and go for it!

Tempting but to be completely honest, I could weld it myself.  But I don't have any fixturing to hold the frame in place while it's being welded and experience in these projects does count.  In a way you could say that I'm just willing to pay a little extra to get it right the first time.

Hey Zig, check out this article- apparently if you start with a 2019 RMZ 250 chassis then you barely need to change it to fit the RM125 or 250 motor, just move one engine mount a little

Interesting article!, hopefully it's not just a US Suzuki one off.
