Familyman6000 Posted September 28, 2019 I was adjusting my needle clip position on my 2019 250x and while I had my slide out I noticed the TPS arm was not returning down on its own. I had to push down on it a little for the spring to take over. I’m thinking while the bike is running the engine vibrations probably make it work properly, but it didn’t use to hang up like that and I’d like to get it working smoothly again. Bike only has 30 hours on it. Has anyone had this issue before and have any easy solutions? The obvious fix is to pull the TPS off and clean/lube the spring, but that would require pulling the carb to get at it well.
bweighmaster Posted September 29, 2019 That's the solution , but first try carb cleaner , then LPS 2 To free it up ...
