TaTe clouds Posted September 29, 2019 Okay guys I have a silly question I recently picked up a 04 rm250 that's pretty much been raced it's whole life. Now I noticed that I don't have a water pump ? It's been bypassed with a different side cover which looks ment to be. Nothing's rigged up. My question is this normal ? I can't seem to find anything on this also there was black oil(straight oil) that poured out of the hose. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
tim2007 Posted September 29, 2019 Hi, that's not an 04 motor. From 96 to 2000 the motor was like that, with the pump in the centre of the cases. Put a few more pics up and someone may be able to confirm the bike's year. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
