Clay Martin Posted September 29, 2019 I have a 2006 TTR125E. A starter clutch retainer bolt came off in the stator, causing it to jam up in the stator/flywgeel. While this was locked up my son tried the electric starter, which destroyed the starter clutch. He then tried the kick start which broke the kick idle gear shaft. I replaced the starter clutch and removed rhe kick idle gear. The bike can be bump started, but when we try the electric start it makes a moaning sound. Is this indicative of a bad starter? Also, i cannot find a diagram for the kick idler gear shaft, is this a part i can replace from inside the casing? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
