Shannon Littrell Posted September 29, 2019 New to the page so first off, hello to everyone! I just picked up a ttr90 for my son. First off the factory air intake is gone, replaced with a high flow Chinese carb cap. I know both jets are clean as a whistle. Idles smooth as glass, but whenever you put the bike under load it spits cuts out and tries to die out. I pulled the bowl off again and pulled the jets, only to notice the pilot jet is a 38 and the main jet is a 67. Does that sound right on the main? Seems like it likes beyond 4 turns on the lean/rich screw to get it where it will kinda run. What’s your thoughts? Should I jet it up? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
