I missed the crash...  I hung in as long as I could... Just couldn't get there.  It was obvious that a crash was coming any second.  

For your own enjoyment and safety... and the safety of others take a class.  And please don't ever stop on the track... Not even for a few seconds.  You have no idea what faster rider is gonna come screaming up behind you.

You don't want to hurt yourself or the other guy.  

Enjoy...  But take the class.  You'll enjoy it and track days will be so much more fun.
