For those that may be intetested, an update on my 360 rotary valve MK2 TPI build. Wiring😭 , started, stopped, pulled it all out then started again. Looks better this time,  and there are plenty of wires to run and terminate.

Clearly four injectors. Operation, blended in pairs, low speed B ports as per normal TPI, on the pipe will be all four operating, better fueling control, less crankcase wetting. Oil is direct to the bigend via an old school autolube with the operation cable via the electronic powervalve not off the throttle like normal.

Throttle and valve timing adjustment all in one. Fuel delivered at the transfers via TPI

three part head, including the water outlet pipe. Idea is for forced cooling over the squish area and also efficent cooling around the root of the sparkplug. Toroidal combustion chamber, 8mm spark plug, set up for E85 fuel.

Patternmaking the clutch, rotary valve cover, cast, heat treat then finish machine. I'm in the process of modifying the pattern so as to bolt a cover over the whole induction system but this cover will do for testing for now.

opps, earlier cast.

Did it the wrong way up first time, metal too cold and / or runner too small. A large 'short'.

For those that have never seen a rotary disc valve. This one needs a little triming yet, not enough open time.

Orginal vairable valve cover, 350 Kawasaki. Just one slide on the shut side. Ten years operation running E85.

Largely responsible for this wide power spread

Wiring complete, put one fuse at a time in and test the circuits. Remember its a prototype, if all goes real well I'll tidy the wiring up for those hard muddy rides although I dont think it's too bad. This all gets covered in with a side panel that is the air filter, ulitamtely. For now, round the paddock, a pod filter will suffice.

got all excited but sat down with a clip board and pen, listing things to finish😭.

I guess its only one page😆, things like check and seal weld up tank, make a new kick start leaver, opps I see I have no Autolube oil tank, wrap exhaust header, you know just a list of stuff like that, still looking at before christmas (this one😆). Can't wait.
