84' Xr350r Help

I need to replace the valve guides in my 84' xr350r. So I ordered oem guides from a parts website and the valves won't fit inside the guides, the guides are too small. I called them and they compared the valve guide to the valve and they determined that Honda sells the valve guides too small. They said that I would have to reem the guides so the valves would fit. But the problem is I need to know what the valve guide tolerance size is. The inside diameter tolerance, so I can tell my machinist. If any of you have a clymer manual with that information or can figure out that information for me it would greatly appreciated. Ive searched the internet and cant really find anything. Thank you.

my clymer manual says stem to guide clearance is 0.0004 - 0.0019 in. and a wear limit of 0.0024 in. hope this helps.
