RM 85 WONT START AFTER REBUILD.

I need help! My 03 Rm 85 was just rebuilt with a weisco Pro lite piston, It won’t start and has no compression at all. Any ideas?

Rings on? Piston the correct size for the bore? How did you do on the head gasket? Piston facing right?

The arrow on the piston is facing the front of the bike,and the ring was aligned up also the jug slid over the piston with ease and there was no play in the piston! I’m confused at why it won’t start.

Check compression and see if it's your imagination. Is the plug dry or wet after kicking?

Put the spark plug in and tighten it !!

The plug is dry. And the plug is in. I realized that my piston doesn’t have pre drilled holes is that a problem?

No the holes are not your issue. Sounds like the piston and ring are too small. Did you replace a wiseco piston with a new wiseco? Make sure the numbers on the dome match.
