Coolant leaking out of head and stud

Okay so I have coolant leaking from where the head and cylinder meet, as well as from a stud with a non head specific nut (open ended). This is after replacing the old o rings that were in there. I was only able to torque two of the nuts to proper torque, while the other ones felt like they were stripping/stretching. I will be ordering new nuts, crush washers, and maybe gaskets. Did my inability to torque fully cause this? If not then what could be the problem?

this is on a 2001 rm125
