YZ250X YZ250X port love

Recommended Posts

Had Boyko do a little port work to smooth out the power and make a down low power.  Can’t wait to try it out. Also took a little off the top, head job.

Make sure to chamfer all those sharp edges before you get to lovin on those ports, and use lots of 'assembly lube', lesson learned the hard way, if ya know what i mean.

Thanks.  I hope by now I can figure it out. Over 40 years of building bikes, I should get this one right.

Guess not.  I’ll try to install piston correctly and clean the sharp edges. Anything else I should look for?

Really wish folks would spend more time learning about physics and less time on being snarky on internet forums.
