Jwhisler Posted July 5, 2020 Hello, I have a ttr 125 LE and it is leaking oil at a very slow rate. Probably a dollar coin sized glob every 2-3 days. I don't know where is it coming from but here are some pics. I hope some of you could help me figure out where it is coming from. in the photos there is oil build up on that ridge of the engine
YZEtc Posted July 5, 2020 Check the oil seal where the shift shaft pokes out of the engine.

Jwhisler Posted July 6, 2020 Thanks, I was thinking that too, does anyone know how I can replace that? I saw a video where a guy used a drill and then put a screw in it but I was wondering if there would be a better way?
bweighmaster Posted July 6, 2020 Just remove shifter linkage , I use an old ice pick to poke a hole and pry it out .. grease well , insert with finger pressure , then tap in with deep socket and small hammer just flush with case ...
