DaveyBoy2002 Posted July 6, 2020 Hey guys, I have a 2003 wr250f and all the electronics on the bike works, ignition switch, it runs, electric start works but the headlight doesn’t. I have used a multimeter and neither the taillights or headlight connector have no volts. I even disconnected the connector that connects the headlight to the wiring harnesses and that also has no voltage. Do any of you guys know what the problem could be? Thanks in advance. Ooshka Posted July 6, 2020 (edited) Blown regulator. The lights take AC straight off the generator whereas everything else uses DC from the battery. You'll need a new regulator/rectifier unit. Edited July 6, 2020 by Ooshka Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
