Ryan129749 Posted July 10, 2020 Hello people I have a little problem I’m currently rebuilding the front end on my pit pro 150cc which I was finally discovered that it’s a Lifan 150cc oil cooled engine, I’ve been searching for the valve clearance details and found a users manual and found the valve clearance but I still don’t understand what it means, so can someone please tell me how many millimeters the gap needs to be by looking at this, thank you for your help IN 0.05+0.02mm(0.002+0.001in) EX 0.05+0.02mm(0.002+0.001in) Does it mean both the exhaust and the intake need to be 0.07mm? Randy K Posted July 13, 2020 (edited) Going to make this simple, 5 thousandth of an inch intake, exhaust the same, feeler gauge will read 0.005 for correct setting, the extra means up to 0.007 for valve lash, giving you a range for the tappets of 0.005-0.007 thousandth of an inch Edited July 13, 2020 by Randy K Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
