Was lucky enough to find this guy in a basement! I got it running on the original carb, a mikuni but couldn’t get the high jets and float correct. $30 eBay carb and it’s sooo fun to putt around on..... 6 gears! Gone through brakes (what little there is) and new sprockets/ chain. Also mixing my gas at 40:1, deleted the oil injection. What’s everyone think?

Other than the custom kickstand adapter and the dented tank, that looks pretty cherry for a 42 year old bike. How did you happen to find it in a basement? Original paint?

Thanks!! I’m in love with it!!! It loves putting up hills! My buddy called one day and asked if I wanted an old bike because he thought “I was into that kind of thing”........ he gave it to me. I couldn’t just take it so I built his parents a set of steps..... I’m blessed!
