What are the defalt maps?

I just got a new 2020 YZ450F. 

Are there (stock) default maps designated as Map 1 and Map 2? For example what would be loaded from the factory or loaded maps that would be on the bike at a Yamaha demo ride day. 

Would any of the 3 preloaded maps on the Power Tuner App be these default maps?

Yes same as mine.

But I think you have to send one of those three preinstalled maps (hard pack, slippy, loamy) to the map slot 1 or 2 right?  I think the map slots are not set at first, at least thats how it seamed on my 2020.

Yes that’s right, map 1 and 2 were all zeros when I first opened the Yamaha map app

The manual says both map 1 and 2 are the same from the factory, but it dose not say what one is loaded. 

What if you set everything to 0 OR maxed out all bocks to 7-9 what would happen? From what Iv heard others say there is no way to screw up the bike based on your settings.

All zeros is the factory maps, map 2 is a softer map, but still all zeros. The exact same map loaded into map 1 and 2 will be different because map 2 has a different "base".

So you are saying that if you take for example the TP3 map and switch it from map 1 position to map 2 position, the engine will perform differently because the “base” has changed?
