Just came to mind.....automatic transmission fluid. 

If you cant find an oil that works, I would try ATF. I dont know much about the different types, I bet merc 3 is fine, the cheap stuff. 

Better heat transfer, high shear durability.

Worth a try if all else fails.

No, KTMs use a shared motor/transmission oil...

That's a serious limitation for lube....good luck!

I'm having that problem on my 500 with the Midwest lever. First clutch fried at 30hrs. 2nd clutch is already sticking after 12hrs. The engagement point does walk a bit with heat. But I think the biggest issue is the long travel and very light pull combined with my short fingers. When going gets vertical, and I squeeze my hands harder, my clutch finger unintentionally curls and pulls the lever just a little bit. I just lose the fine motor skills and can't even feel that I'm riding the lever. Next thing I know, the radiator cap shows 270F. I unscrew the oil fill plug... out comes the smoke and fried smell :(
