mx beginner

Hi.

I'm a green laner and only been riding a few years but looking to start motocross as a  pass time/ hobby, 56 years old but quite fit for my age. 

I was wondering if there are any tracks near me that will be open after lockdown 2.0. where i can learn the basics. Also do i need an ACU licence to practice or some sort of insurance before i can ride on a mx track? 

My bike is a road registered beta 350rr. I have been in a few enduro races and Weston beach race but only as a beginner. Any advice would be appreciated. Have transit van, can travel.
