trx 400ex clutch plate min. thickness?

Hi all, I took apart my 400ex clutch today and the thickness of the plates is .116 give or take a .001. Are the plates in spec? The reason I ask is that when ever I started up my EX, it would jump when I put it in gear (with the lever pulled of course) and would not go into neutral until fully warmed up. I think I have a Barnett clutch but might be mistaken (first time taking apart the clutch).

Also would the Tusk clutch kit be a good replacement if the one I got is done? I mostly ride trails.
