Show me any sort of official announcement from Beta or the team itself, on the bike they are actually gonna race in MXGP. Until that exists, we might as well keep talking about the best turning bikes in MX history, because those are at least real bikes that someone can actually ride. BETA-SDM Corse MX team will be composed by the experienced Belgian rider Jeremy Van Horebeek and the young Frenchman Jimmy Clochet, who have both accepted the new challenge with great enthusiasm together with the SDM team manager, Daniele Marchese. Save the date on February 21 for the debut at the starting gate of the BETA-SDM Corse team in Riola Sardo, the first heat of the 2021 internationals of Italy! I see no mention of a bike in there. Yes, because the KTM XC-W and XCF-W models are so dominant in MX. 🤣 You aren't a KTM guy so you may not be aware, but the 4T versions (XCF-W) have almost nothing in common with the MX versions. As for the two strokes (XC-W), the engine cases and cylinders are mainly the same, but heads, ignitions, frame, suspension, transmissions, all very different from the MX versions. I don't know where the Beta 300RR fits in there. Is its more like a KTM 300XC or more like a HQV TE300? Note I used TE because it has a linkage.
