hawaiidirtrider My Rides (6) Posted January 16 There’s threads on this to check out here. There’s newer choices too that are coming out.. bpd and unabiker are common. Got other good choices now like ptech and enduro engineering and more... https://www.google.com/search?q=beta+radiator+guards&client=safari&hl=en-us&prmd=sivn&sxsrf=ALeKk001JCsQKKkzMOAJoxBBFOWt01E0hA:1610827672691&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi-gebZoKHuAhUVJzQIHVWRA3sQ_AUoAnoECAQQAg&biw=414&bih=

Keep in mind if you decide to get larger radiators at some time in the future only some radiator guards fit . If you aren’t getting bigger radiators no problem. I’d lean towards ptech but I don’t know all of what is available that fits your bike. https://www.p-tech.ee/Beta-RR-200-250-300-radiator guard-kit-2020 Edited January 16 by hawaiidirtrider

Sierra_moto My Rides (6) Posted January 16 (edited) I run Bullet Proof Designs guards on all 3 of my Beta's. They offer really good frontal protection and so-so side protection. They will protect against most side impacts, but from the right angle, it's still possible to bend the radiator in...that being said, I still highly recommend them. So until now I already had problems with the current guard that i have, and i'm pursuing on to another one, that is better on side impacts and twisting the radiator.... Hoosier-Daddy Posted January 21 I know my bpd guards have taken some hard hits from the front and the side. Radiator is a little twisted now but honestly I have put them through some pretty hard hits and knock on wood have never ended a ride due to a leak. I’d buy another set if I had another bike. shrubitup Posted January 22 The possibility always exists for radiator mayhem but in 14 years it has never happened to me. My money is on GPI racing replacement rads when needed.
mobile chernobyl Posted January 22 (edited) I sold my Bulletproof Designs gaurds with my 2020 200. Mostly adequate is how I'd describe them. They'll prolly keep you from damaging your rads enough to actually have an issue - but they do allow plenty of side impact smooshing of the rads. That said I'm on PTech now with my 2020 250. I feel their design is going to be better long term. If they had a billet front like the BPD then they would 100% be the perfect design I'd say. BPD gaurds on the KTMs are awesome - adequate side impact design. Edited January 22 by mobile chernobyl

I've got the red ones on my Beta, blue ones on my Husky. I don't even think about it now. These are my favorites. We've had some other ones, stamped aluminum and they get bent up. The BRP's are tough.
