Just looking for some suggestions for my radiators, for my beta 430 RR 2020 model!

Thanks a lot.

Keep in mind if you decide to get larger radiators at some time in the future only some radiator guards fit . If you aren’t getting bigger radiators no problem.

No, don't need bigger. Just need for OEM .

Any lightweight suggestion ?

Leaning for the ptech....

Thanks !!

I’d lean towards ptech but I don’t know all of what is available that fits your bike.

I run Bullet Proof Designs guards on all 3 of my Beta's. They offer really good frontal protection and so-so side protection. They will protect against most side impacts, but from the right angle, it's still possible to bend the radiator in...that being said, I still highly recommend them. IMG_20191216_172821341.thumb.jpg.ffe189f5bf9dd035e4a687bbf1a5e61d.jpgIMG_20191216_173620963.thumb.jpg.0729c4e6fe3e6c3531d98ebfb03fc1e4.jpg

So until now I already had problems with the current guard that i have, and i'm pursuing on to another one, that is better on side impacts and twisting the radiator....

I know my bpd guards have taken some hard hits from the front and the side.  Radiator is a little twisted now but honestly I have put them through some pretty hard hits and knock on wood have never ended a ride due to a leak. I’d buy another set if I had another bike.

I sold my Bulletproof Designs gaurds with my 2020 200. Mostly adequate is how I'd describe them. They'll prolly keep you from damaging your rads enough to actually have an issue - but they do allow plenty of side impact smooshing of the rads.

That said I'm on PTech now with my 2020 250. I feel their design is going to be better long term. If they had a billet front like the BPD then they would 100% be the perfect design I'd say.

BPD gaurds on the KTMs are awesome - adequate side impact design.

I've got the red ones on my Beta, blue ones on my Husky. I don't even think about it now. These are my favorites. We've had some other ones, stamped aluminum and they get bent up. The BRP's are tough.
