Is 2016 kx250f good?

Hey guys I just sold my 15 crf250r and was looking at this 16 kx250. It looks pretty clean he said it has 13 hours on top end and looks like overall a good bike. He also said it has pc cams and 4.1 fmf exhaust system. Is there any concerns I should know about the pc cams? He’s asking 3300 for it thanks guys

In the listing description he said he was firm on 3500 and took him a while to budge him down to 3300 so I don’t tbink he’ll go any lower? but around my area that’s really cheap all these kxs from 12-16 going for 4k or over for some reason
