Flooding YZ 450f

Well, I just got this bike about a week ago and after I washed it I started it up just for a few seconds then shut it off and turned the gas off. The next day I tried to start it and it acted like it was flooded. This also happened once before and after trying to bump start and kick start it for about an hour it finally started. Is there any way to start it better when its flooded like this? Thanks.

Have you tried choke on and pulling the hot start when it's cold?

Usually when they're really lean on the pilot jet that will get it going. If that solves it, try adjusting the fuel screw out. Stock mine was .5 turns out and it wouldn't idle or run until I put it to 2.5.

When you start it after washing, let it get up to full temp before you shut it off.
