Airbox and Jetting

I'm going to say yes on that.

When I cut the airbox on ours, I changed the jets at the same time to a 107 main and a 17.5 pilot. The bike was so lean up top I ended up going back in and going to a 110 main.

I don't see anyway the stock 105 can keep up. :thumbsup:

It's easy to do, just follow the visual guide stickied above. That's why its there. :devil:

At 600' elevation the 105 is too lean from the factory.

I had to put a 107.5 in to get it right before I did any mods at all.

So if I'm at 374 feet above sea level and i cut there top of there airbox out what she I do with the jetting?

Start with the 17.5 pilot and 110 main jet and work your way up or down from there.

Order yourself a spread of mains so you can experiment.

okay thanks..do you have any ideas why I have went through 2 starter clutches in 7 months?

The starter or the starter clutch?

The starter clutch.I've replaced one already and im working on my sencond right now i can't get the Rotor Assy off and I have to buy a new puller for it to come out..This is the 2nd time in 7-8 months.
