Notoil has great chemicals, but the fit, at least for the XR250, is questionable. I stopped using mine because it came SO close to leaking at the base gasket (where it likes to squish out because it's too soft) that I just couldn't do it anymore. I'd go Uni, if not for the quality, for the cage that replaces the highly restrictive oem unit.

To answer your question, Baja Designs has Notoil and I'm sure many others.

I agree with Red. I tried a No-Toil filter, but it wouldn't seal at the air box. Cleaner/oil/grease is great. Fiter sucks. Go with a Uni.

I'll go Uni. Do they come with a cage?

Can I use no toil oil and cleaner on them?

Thanks for the tips.

No the No-Toil oil will slowly eat away the UNI glue. Use UNI oil and cleaner.

I contacted Uni regarding this issue and they said Notoil was fine to use but not to apply the oil and then zip it into a bag before it has dried completely (such as for a backup filter). Long contact time with the solvent in the oil (isopropanol) is what degrades the glue. If is allowed to dry it is apparently fine. I'll confess that as slick as the Notoil chemicals are, I am using Uni chemicals on my Uni filter.

MJG: The Uni comes with a cage if we're talking XR250 or 400.
