Big Bore Jetting question.....need help

I just put an Eric Gorr 480 kit in my 03 CRF 450. I also had him go through the head and install the kibblewhit valvetrain. I have been running the JD jetting kit with the recommended settings. Once I installed the 480 kit I went to a 40 pilot and a 175 main (left the needle alone) The problem is that when its cold it starts right up but once its warm it is very difficult to start. It was never that way. It seems to run and idle fine once its running though. Am I still a bit rich?

Since you did not list your location, here is a starting point that should get you close. 170 main jet, 42 pilot, standard needle & clip setting (middle) 2 turns out on the fuel screw.
