Gifford Pinchot Ride Report & Pics

Recommended Posts

PNW TT'ers,

We had a great newbie trip to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest this weekend... Thanks to everyone who gave me tips. (Trav & BadAndy)

My navigation skills failed me and we didn't take the trails I had intended. But, we did hook up with some seasoned GP forest riders and had a total blast.

This place is offers outstanding riding, spectacular views, and Yes... some very dangerous and scary cliffs with 1000 foot dropoffs!

Ride on,

Very nice pics DS650...I love riding that area when it's got a little rain...not really muddy, more like wet sand from the ash content. Really hooks up good!

Nice pics. I hope I can make GP this year. I am getting nervous seeing so many plated bikes. I don't think I'll be able to get one on my new TE250.
