DR350s Hydraulic Clutch Mod

Recommended Posts

Hello Everyone,

New user here with first post. Thumpertalk rocks by the way!

Question for group. Has anyone setup a DR350 with a hydraulic clutch?

If so please give some specs: what did you use, headaches, pains, costs, etc...

Thanks!

Right on!

I spoke with Jesse about this topic and he did say he had something in the works but it wasn't finalized yet. Maybe that's you.

I would be very interested to hear how the upgrade goes. Keep us informed.

Thanks.

I haven't tryed it yet, but I see that Hebo (GasGas's performance/accessory line) has a new universal hydraulic clutch kit out there for Japanese bikes. Does anyone out there know how well that kit works?

The Hebo universal hydraulic kit fits perfect on the DR350. You don´t need any additional mounting brackets - just exchange it against the original clutch cable.

Thanks for the photos. If you can find out more about it and cost that would be great. I have never heard of Hebo before.

How does it perform? Happy with it over stock?

>I have never heard of Hebo before.

Hebo is from spain - all GasGas trial and enduro bikes come with Hebo plastics. They provide the whole offroad program - clothing, general plastics...

>How does it perform? Happy with it over stock?

It´s not my bike - could just test it for a short ride. But I had an exact point, where the clutch starts working.

Have a look at http://enduro-laden.ch/hebo/zubehoer/kupplung.htm - there a several clutch kits spezific for several bikes.

You have to choose HR 8900101

Tom
