CLICKER SET-UP FOR A DRZ 400 - NEW SPRINGS AND GOLD VALVES

I need some help dialing in my clickers. I weigh 220 and just got .48/5.7 f&r springs,as well as, gold valves for the front. Handling in the whoops is way better. It is definately more plush and so far hasn't bottomed. It seems that I don't get as fatigued from fighting the stock suspension.

My questions that I want to dial in my clickers for optimum performance and don't really know how. I would like to have 2 set ups. One for high speed desert and then another if I mess around on a MX track. How do I get a good base line?
