Valve Adjustment "Clicker" Question

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know whether the valve adjuster will stop at the lowest setting (#1) if you turn the valve damping adjuster clockwise ? The service manual is unclear as to whether it will stop at the lowest setting or if it will rotate freely around to the highest setting (#16 I think).

I looked at the lower part of the shock and can't seem to figure out where position 1 is at. I do recall seeing what looked like a capital "L" stamped in the bottom of the fork. Is this a "1" this is underlined? Any advice is helpful. - Thanks.

The clicker adjusters should stop when turned all the way in, clockwise. DO NOT apply extra force when it's seated. Each click is about 1/3 - 1/2 turn of the clicker.

Count your clicks in (clockwise) until they are fully seated. Then back them out either less or more to suit your needs - noting how far in you clicked them to begin with. You will feel the clickers "bottom out".
