Want to hear something none of us thought would happen??

In March of 2005 Suzuki is releasing the DRZ400SMK5. It is in writing at suzuki dealers.

Not that hard to believe. All they have to do is put different wheels and styling cues on it.. It is already street legal... Will they go all out and upgrade brakes? Change the suspension for SM duty? gear it accordingly? Who knows... That will be the big question... as well as,,,,,why build a new, already behind the power curve bike? most would agree a 6th gear would be good, and another 50cc would be nice :thumbsup:

Was thinking about going SM with my drz. But if Suzuki can sell me one, he11 that would save me all the leg work :thumbsup:

Is that picture accurate? Wiil it really have USD forks?

If not, I imagine that the price would be pretty close if you were to do the same to a DRZ-S, only you would finish with a set of off road wheels...

They bring it stateside I'll have one. No doubt about it. A 39 Keihin a Yosh full Ti and a MI 440 and it would be ready for steet duty. prairiedawg :thumbsup:
