he called me, 15 minutes later i was in his garage taking them off.he originally said it was a 01 wich i wasnt real excited about.but when i arrived and saw that they were the 49mm units i was stoked.

Hi Burned, why did you prefer the 49mm units over the 47mm?

Are there any differences apart from the obvious 2mm?

Are the forks the same?

Read a few posts up, he mentions why he chose them. ? Larger forks just do a better job, I suppose. More volume for fluids and air I would guess.

the stock drz forks are 49mm conventionals.i wasnt about to put smaller forks on.
