jetting suggestion for stock 03 drze dies if you blurp throttle

hello all i have bought my self a new 2003 drze and im loving it i wana leave it stock except for the carb the jetting seems lean i live in n california and ride from 200 to 4000 elevation thank jasont

what elevation do you ride at the most?

im riding mostly at the 1000 ft elevations

ok,i highly suggest removing the snarkel with the following jetting.

155 main jet (stock is 142)

5th needle clip (stock is 4)

45 pilot jet (stock)

2.5 turns fuel screw.

If he is in Cali...would he not have the BSR? The recomendations you gave looked to me like FCR jetting.

I thought the 2004 E went with the Mikuni and the 2003E stayed with the FCR. ?

il have to get out my manual i think it says fcr ill check to be sure i sopose its a non clean running bike because i recieved a red sticker sticker ill get back to ya guys thanks
