Top end engine noise

I have been hearing some noise coming from the top end of my 02 crf450 and ive changed out a few things and none of it has helped. The valves and everything are in specs and it still runs good. I heard from a friend that it could possibly be the bearings in the rocker assembly. Have any of you heard about these going bad? I just dont know what to look for anymore to fix it!!!?

the cam doesn't have bearings.
